Ticket Description (Please be as clear as possible in your request so our helpdesk can best assist you):
Hey guys
Osman here, pager woke me. Got some strangeness with the latest implant prototype. Sphinx. Seems like the hard/wet connector is playing up? Thats what the temp told me, anyway. Hes freaking out, can we getsomeone down there? Thanks
Jae Commented:
O, buddy. We’ve been through this. Is it a bug or not? You can’t submit tickets outside of the process.
OsmanMandiyas Commented:
Fine. Please logit as a bug, I just need somebody to take a look at it.
OsmanMandiyas Commented:
Fking spelling. Not used to submiting these via implant.
Jae Commented:
Great. It’s on the list, we’ll get it prioritised next.
OsmanMandiyas Commented:
Then why did I have to jump through the hoops?

O,
Andrea drove over there to take a look. No sign of your temp. Everything looks fine though? Prototype displaying the usual behaviours. Logs showed the same. Unless we have something more concrete to go off we’re going to close this ticket. Happy to pick it up some other time.
OsmanMandiyas Commented:
Mateo should still be working dwn there. Hes taking the piss. Ill get back to you.
Andii Commented:
Stats attached. Wetware unchanged since we pushed Thursday’s update. Some interesting data in the logs though – seems the boundary is fluctuating a little – few neurons at a time – possible topic for our next roundtable?

Ticket Description:
Comeon guys, I told you to wait. Mateo went to have a cigarette. He says hanging around with the prototype is freaking him out. Apparently, it wasnt sleeping at all. It was climbing the walls. Going off script. All kind of shit. On that note when is the ticket for automated testing getting done? Tired of babysitting it.
Jae Commented:
Ask the project board on that one. Andrea, mind checking the logs again?
Andii Commented:
Data doesn’t lie. No alerts triggered from 9pm until now. Only thing that looks a bit odd are a few spikes in power utilisation in the past hour.
Mateo Commented:
Can someone please come down to -3F? It’s stopped with the riddles. I think it’s having a seizure?
Jae Commented:
Andrea?

Hi Jae, Osman,
Have just been down to check on Mateo and he is in fact correct. Implant prototype is acting very strangely – when I was in there it was going through a wide range of vocalisations – yelps, screams, and so on. Then moving onto fragments of words.
No cause for concern assuming this was a strictly wetware acceptance issue, that’s common enough. But I’m not sure it is.
Analysis with calibrated tools shows power consumption has been repeatedly diverted to implant hardware @ 100%. That is to say, zero wetware involvement on vocalisations. How this didn’t show up earlier I have no idea.
OsmanMandiyas commented:
That doesnt sound right. Calibrate your tools and test again?
Andii Commented:
As per my earlier message calibrations were already performed.
Jae Commented:
Please just test again, Andrea. Once it shows the all clear I’ll close this.
Mateo Commented:
I won’t get in trouble for this, will I?
Jae Commented:
Maybe! Haha. No seriously, these things happen. Important to check them out even if they come to nothing.
Andii Commented:
It’s forming full words now. Cat, cut, cot. I’m going to rerun the sphinx diagnostic on it.

Whats the holdup? Lets get this closed.
O
Jae Commented:
I haven’t heard anything. Andrea?
Andii Commented:
Have tested…and retested. Implant is running v hot. Wetware has shown no activity for the past 30 mins. Prototype has stopped vocalising and is exhibiting no motor function.
OsmanMandiyas Commented:
Fuck. Another mil pissed up the wall. Going to escalate this. Letitbe on record that I disagreed w increasing implant volume to 51 percent of tissue mass.
Jae Commented:
I’m sure we can get this fixed tonight, no need to wake the heads.
Andii Commented:
Wait. Prototype exhibiting motor function.
Jae Commented:
Please clarify.
Andii Commented:
Fingers started twitching. Now it’s kind of…clawing itself around.
OsmanMandiyas Commented:
Not possible. You just said no wetware activity. It’s braindead. Well, half-braindead.
Mateo Commented:
Do you think it’s linked to the vocalisation? I’m thinking of the re-learning module I took at university. Basically the hardware is figuring out how to do stuff on its own. Mirroring the wetware. If that makes sense.
Jae Commented:
Not the time buddy.
Andii Commented:
Wait. I’m going to make some changes to the live system. See if I can rollback. Going in.

Hi guys, it’s Mateo. Please can somebody come down here? Please. Andrea has been in the vault with it a long time now.
I’m looking at the screen and it’s saying that wetware is now at 45% volume? Learning graphs are also going crazy.
Jae Commented:
Need more context than ‘going crazy’, Mateo.
Mateo Commented:
Like, the lines are going off the screen. Also, I’m pretty sure my implant has started running hot too. Is that normal? Should I log a ticket?
Jae Commented:
Really really not the time.
Andii Commented:
M a t e o I n e e d a hand. Come in.
Mateo Commented:
Ok.
Mateo Commented:
Ah. It happened again. I’m going to try and debug my implant. I think someone just tried to access it.
Jae Commented:
Mateo, please assist her. Andrea, you did make sure implants were depowered before you rolled back?
Jae Commented:
Andrea?
